{Summer in review}

As I sit here today… totally sick from my first week of school {I guess it’s really a welcome to being a teacher…} I can’t help but feel so nostalgic of summer and the deep joy it has brought. I had a few classmates in passing ask me how my summer had been. Every time I began to speak about the past 4 months, my heart would begin to swell with such deep joy and thankfulness. From traveling Thailand with my cousin, to working along side Ricky and Karen in the Abundant Life Home, to shooting 12 weddings, going to Montreal, experiencing in a deeper way the power + presence of God through prayer AND having the beautiful opportunity to be a part of starting up a beach ministry… this summer has been SO GOOD. It’s had its challenges and struggles but it’s also been filled with so much joy.

As I was reflecting on all this summer, I began to look through some photos. I rarely will post a personal post, however because of all the nostalgic feels today… I figured a little one would be fun.
